From a child's birth, parents not only sings lullaby but also rocks his crying baby to calm him. That's when music & movement becomes inseparable part of a child's life.

The instinct to dance is very joyous and takes us to a happy space.
Dance is unique in itself as it is both physical and expressive. It is a very strong source when it comes to expressing oneself. Thus, it gives you good command over your body and emotions. It introduces children to a whole new platform where there are no language barriers. Movement and expression says it all.
It is beneficial for children as it gives immense enjoyment and motivation to learn something new.

  1. Children develop an idea and become more responsible towards their health.
  2. They get to perform in front of an audience, thus, giving them self confidence.
  3. Dance is a very good medium to develop a skill of team work.
  4. Children understands each other’s needs, co-operate and co-ordinate to overcome the challenges to perform better.
  5. A child also learns to behave sensitively, taking care of other’s needs, which is a very important element of dancing.

  2. Playing an instrument increases hand - eye co-ordination and improves motor skills.
  3. Only listening to music awakens your areas of brain which are at rest.
  4. Early training develops a child’s brain related to language.
  5. Learning to play any instrument can be challenging but achievable. So, when a child learns to master a particular instrument, it gives him a sense of achievement. This in turn, helps in boosting his self-esteem.
  6. Most importantly, students struggle a lot academically, so music helps them relax their body and soothe their mind.

Of course, sport education is much more than just keeping fit. It BUILDS a person:-.

  1. Practice plays a big role in whatever sport our child is involved in. Practice means repeating the same thing over and again, which requires PATIENCE. With patience to practice, comes perfection.
  2. Similarly, Dedication is another key. This habit of dedication towards sports may help in achieving academic goals too.
  3. Most important thing a child learn is how to Accept Defeat. Learning to lose graciously to a stronger opponent can be learned only in sports.
  4. It also teaches us to Control Emotions, be it, WIN or DEFEAT. A child should learn to channel his negative emotions in the right direction.
  5. In a sport, a child always works/ practices in a team. He will always think about what is best for the team and not him.
